These terms are the agreement between you and BDATLAS LLC (“we”, “us”) for playing Lootava. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Short version: play fair, be respectful, Cores are for use inside the game only, and the game is still growing so things will change. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how to delete it.
1. Who can play
Lootava is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for any purchases you make.
2. Your account
- The game creates a guest account for you when you first open it. You can link it (LINK ACCOUNT) to recover your progress on a new phone. If you do not link it and you lose or reset your phone, your progress may be lost.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not sell, trade or share accounts.
- Your player name must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else, or include personal information. We may change or remove a name that breaks this rule.
3. Fair play
Lootava has online duels and vault raids against real players. You agree not to:
- use cheats, hacks, bots, modified versions of the game, or tools that give you an unfair advantage;
- exploit bugs on purpose (please report them to us instead);
- interfere with the game's servers, other players' connections or other players' accounts;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players.
If you break these rules we may reset progress gained unfairly, remove items or Cores, or suspend or close the account.
4. Vault raids
When you save a vault defense, other players can find your vault, try to raid it and win Scrap from your shelter. Losing Scrap in a raid is part of the game and is not a reason for a refund or a restore. A defense can only be saved after its owner clears it, so every saved vault can be beaten.
5. Cores and purchases
- Cores are the game's premium currency. You can earn some by playing and buy more in the SHOP. Cores and every in-game item, resource and currency (including Scrap) are a limited licence to use inside Lootava. They are not your property, have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred to another player or another game.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play (or the App Store when the iPhone version is released) under their terms. We never see your card or bank details.
- Cores are delivered right after the payment is confirmed. If a purchase does not arrive, restart the game while online; if it still has not arrived, contact us with your order number.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the Cores or items it gave you. Nothing in these terms limits any right to a refund you have under the law of your country.
- The Starter Pack can be bought once per account.
- Prices are shown in the SHOP in your local currency and may change.
6. Ads
The game shows optional rewarded video ads. A reward is given only when the ad is watched to the end, and there is a daily limit. Ads are provided by third parties (see the Privacy Policy); we are not responsible for the content of products advertised.
7. Changes to the game
Lootava is in active development. We may change, balance, add or remove features, items, prices, rewards and game rules, and we may run test versions where progress or test currency is reset. We will try to give notice in the game or on our website before major changes. We may stop offering the game in the future; if we do, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance.
8. Ownership
The game, its characters (including Rex), art, music, code and the Lootava name belong to BDATLAS LLC or its licensors. You may make videos and streams of your gameplay and share screenshots, including monetised ones, as long as you do not suggest they are official. You may not copy, modify, sell or reverse-engineer the game.
9. Ending your use
You can stop playing at any time and delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account removes your progress, Cores and items, and they cannot be restored or refunded. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
10. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. Online features depend on internet connections and third-party services and may sometimes be unavailable, slow or contain bugs. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, BDATLAS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game items or progress. Our total liability to you for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some countries do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts under local law, you keep that right.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
